Ghanaian media personality, Bridget Otoo has called for the arrest of Kumawood comic actor and producer, Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin following a statement released by his team, Wezzy Empire.
A statement released by the actor and his team in reaction to the horrifying accident at Amakom in Kumasi that claimed the life of a 3-year-old boy named Nana Yaw who was in his father’s car did not really sit well with some Ghanaians.
In the statement, the actor blamed the deceased boy’s father for causing the death of his son and also the accident. According to the statement, the father was the one overspeeding and collided with the actor’s car causing the gory accident.
In reaction to his statement, Bridget Otoo who described that actor as an “idiot” slammed him for releasing such a foolish statement while the family of the deceased boy are grieving in pain over their loss.
“This is a very foolish statement from a halfwit who is as idiotic as the character they display on screen. This clown even went to the premiere of his movie,” she wrote on Twitter or X.
She also called for the immediate arrest of the actor, charging the Ghana Police Service to do the needful by picking him up and locking him as they continue with their investigations.
“The clown even went ahead to premiere his movie. @GhPoliceService do your job and arrest this clown who thinks he’s acting when a life of a boy has been cut short and a family is grieving a loss they would never recover from!”, she added.
