Ghanaian gospel musician and producer, Nana Osei, well known as Nacee has revealed how God intervened in his health issues as he was healed from sickle cell.
Speaking in an interview on Hitz FM, the “Aseda” hitmaker revealed that a doctor diagnosed him of sickle cell when he was very young. He stated that the doctor predicted that he wouldn’t live pass the age of 20 or 22.
However, he survived and lived pass the predicted age. He added that the doctor who predicted his death about 35 years ago is now dead while he continues to live his life in good health.
He recalled that his pastor did an altar call one day in church and after he gathered the courage to join them, he has never taken his medications ever again and has never had any health issues since that day.
“The doctor said I would die at the age of 20 or 22 because I was diagnosed with sickle cell at a tender age. I was saved by God, while in church one day, my pastor did an altar call after preaching and I wondered why I was sick when God had taken all our sickness away. I decided to get up and go forward with faith. After the pastor prayed and anointed me, till today, I have never taken any medication nor fallen sick again,” he said.
As a reminder, Nacee has been one of the pioneers within the gospel fraternity in terms of music and production. He has been the brain behind most gospel hit songs and continues to thrive within the space with hit songs.
Currently, he has been nominated for the Artiste of the Year in the upcoming Telecel Ghana Music Awards(TGMA) alongside other musicians like King Promise, Sarkodie, Stonebwoy, Kuami Eugene, and Black Sherif.
